The boy's tennis team was defeated in the first round of the PIAA team playoffs to Franklin Regional on Friday 4-1. Winning at the #1 singles position was Deniz Finkel. Although the team's 2023 season has come to an end, there are many accomplishments to reflect on from the season. The team has continued their streak of being the only city league team in the WPIAL to make the playoffs each year since 2012. The first doubles team in Allderdice history since joining the WPIAL in 2012 of Deniz Finkel and Ian Kuchera to earn a trip to Hershey on May 26-27 for the right to compete for the PIAA state doubles title. The first WPIAL Section singles champion in Allderdice history with Deniz Finkel earning the title.
